In college, Betsy discovered positive psychology, a lens that shaped her belief in the power of authentic human connection. She weaves these principles into her coaching to help leaders stay true to their values and the people they serve. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, volunteering, traveling, and life in Omaha with her husband, extended family, and two spirited rescue dogs.
